Japan, House of Tao, Anime & Manga

Fresh of the heels of a successful Japan tour (Anime', Music, Premiers and everything in between) CEO Rick Wade and the House of Tao will now be adding a TRU1 Manga to the list of priorities. I would love to share the positive news regarding TRU1 I have been sworn to secrecy.

The one thing that I am authorized to share (really smart people can read between the lines) is that Team Tao is now on the hunt for any aspiring freelance Manga artist that would like to be considered for this project to refer to the Tao Rules of Engagement below that are circulating on the web:

Tao Rules of Engagement:

1. Create one scene based on any of the character designs found on the TRU1 main website transporterstru.com and/or trailer currently running on our YouTube Transporters Media Channel

- Color is preferred but not mandatory. No restriction on the size of the scene but please make wise choices.

2. All submissions must be emailed to transportersmedia@geodime.com by 11/15/2008 11:59pm GMT "No exceptions".

3. Include your rates (cost per page) with your submission.

4. A member of the TRU1 project will respond to you within one week after receiving your submission.

5. Be creative...I can't stress that enough.

6. Feel free to include a link to your gallery with your submission.

7. Be prepared to shine.

House of Tao CEO Headed to Japan

House of Tao CEO Rick Wade (www.myspace.com/rickwade1) will be touring Japan in September. Scheduled tour stops include Tokyo, Nagoya & Osaka. Although I am not at liberty to disclose the heavy hitters on the itenary (which keeps growing by the way), just think BIG! It should be one helluva good time, but what do you expect when the worlds of Deep House and Anime' collide....tis a beautiful thing.

Casting Update

The prime roles of Rev, Hannah, and key rogues gallery characters (sorry, no clues) have been filled. Thanks to everyone who took the time to audition. There certainly isn't a shortage of talent in the entertainment industry, in fact, some of the voices were so unique that new characters have been inspired...so...stay tuned.

T -T.R.U.1 Production Update

The production of Transporters T.R.U. Anime’ series began in high gear with the inspirational and multi-talented Mare Costello (http://www.marecostello.com/) completing scenes for the volume one of the HXIXH EFFECT story arc. The cast and crew were blown away by Mare’s performance in her starring role as the voice of a Rogue Assassin named Korie. Bravo!
